Camping Yurt

Amazing stay at a cozy yurt in the wilderness! Set in a stunning alpine meadow - you couldn't ask for a better location for an outdoor adventure/relaxation trip. Lodge facilities were perfect and cosy - loved the log fire after a long day's hiking. Food was excellent, lots of it, and such great value! Warm and friendly staff. Thank you - we will be back!

We stayed in the Yurt for an early Father's Day weekend. The food, service, friendliness and accomodation from the staff is always incredible. The views, scenery and experience is unique and special. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We had an incredible stay at Mount Engadine Lodge. We arrived after the time for tea, and were greeted by friendly and accommodating staff. They arranged for us to have the most amazing charcuterie board and served us a delicious meal. The common areas within the lodge are friendly and inviting. We stayed in the Yurt at the Lodge, we had a fantastic time! Thank you to the Mount Engadine staff for making our stay special!

This lodge is nestled among the breath taking mountains. The views are spectacular! The setting is peaceful and laid back. Service and staff are exceptional. Meals are served family style and are delicious. The vegetarian meals were served separate and were so tasty! We stayed in the yurt which was secluded and cozy. You can also stay in the cabins or at the lodge. Great hiking right across the road. We are planning to bring our friends and family back to this lodge. My family and I absolutely loved it!

This is by far the best place I have stayed at in the mountains by far! We stayed in their Yurt and it was amazing and secluded and surrounded by nature! It was a perfect place to relax and unwind. The staff were all so helpful and friendly, they went above and beyond to make our stay very comfortable. They also were very helpful in telling us the best times to find animals. This place is extremely pet friendly! Our dog could come with us anywhere on the property other then the dining room of course. The food was amazing the chef made everything from fresh locally grown foods and everything tasted amazing! Five star Dining!!!!! Breakfast was amazing and they also made us a packed lunch each day which I thought was adorable and very helpful when we went out hiking and seeing the sights. The afternoon Tea was one of my favourite parts of this experience. They had a bunch of different teas for the Banff Tea Company which is my favourite tea. We were able to have tea and coffee at any time during the day and it was self serve. They had tons of cute little tea pots and cups. The Tea service was great! just the right amount of meat and cheeses and baked goods. They were also very accommodating to my diet restrictions. The main house is very comfortable and a great place to drink tea and curl up with a good book. You felt very welcome at this place. The area is beautiful and lots of places to hike and very likely to see animals. I finally after years of trying saw a Moose! This was hands down the best experience in the mountains and I would not hesitate to go there again and again! I highly recommend this place to anyone!

We stayed a total of five nights at Engadine Lodge during spring break. We initially had only three nights booked, but as soon as we saw all the snow and experienced Engadine's extraordinary service we wanted more! We stayed in the Raven room, Moose room and even the yurt one night. The food was incredible and so was the hospitality. We love Kananaskis and all the incredible activities. Engadine was a wonderful home base for us as we explored Commonwealth Lake, Mount Shark, Burstall Lakes, Chester Lake and the wonderful cross country ski trail to Spray Lakes. Our "snow cruise", as we lovingly called it, filled our minds, bodies and spirits with much joy. Thank you!

What a getaway! The views are gorgeous, the food is amazing, and the service is outstanding. We have been here twice now and brought our friends this time. Everyone loved their visit and we can't wait to come back in a different season 🙂
