A Note Regarding Recent Wildlife Activity: Mount Engadine Lodge is located in the heart of the Canadian Rocky Mountains, one of the world’s most spectacular natural environments and home to a wide variety of wildlife, including bears. The safety of our guests and employees is our highest priority. We are grateful that our employee was unharmed during this encounter. We work closely with wildlife authorities and provide ongoing training and education to help our team follow best practices for safely working and recreating in bear habitat. We will continue to reinforce these measures as part of our commitment to the safety of everyone at our resorts.
